They say you can tell a company by its customer service and this lot were nil. My order has not been delivered and there is no customer service to contact and get a refund.
I will never order from KSwiss again but have no idea how to recover my money. Having just seen other poor reviews they obviously do not care about their reputation.
Purchased A pair of shoes. First pair arrived on time however the size was too small. Began the refund process you have to cover returns yourself unlike most companies.
Ordered a second pair in the size up straight after the first arrived. A full week later I have had no confirmation of dispatch. I have emailed and filled in the online forms with no response.
The lack of customer service is appalling. No phone number to contact. Without a doubt will never be purchasing directly from Kswiss at any point in the future.
Refunds don't come through, customer service doesn't reply ever and the delivery doesn't happen unless you chase. Avoid at all costs. K-Swiss promise day shipping What a joke 7 days later.
No customer service number to ring. Fill a form in and sit and wait for contact. Love the shoes but would not buy again. When you purchase a present and expect it to give and it does not arrive.
There are so many more trainers out there I am surprised they are still in business. Contacted customer support via their platform and via email and so far no answer at all.
How can a company that has an e-store have such a bad customer service? Are the shoes even worth it? There is no number to ring and it takes 48 hours to get a reply by email.
I would never order from them again and would advise others the same. I always had K-Swiss tennis shoes, indoor and outdoor. Never 1 complaint.
I thought it was my jumping around and never suspected the shoes however I have never encountered any problem with injuries in my legs.
But now after 2 months and intensive playing on the shoes I have the same tendon problem on the other leg. Moreover I also for the first time in my tennis career experience pain in my knees.
When moving fast on your forefoot and you have a stiff shoe all the forces are transposed to the achilles tendon which could be very dangerous. Location was good.

Hubby and I stayed here for 6 nights. This hotel is 3 stars at best. It wasn't horrible but we will stay elsewhere next time. We had a plunge pool room.
The room was very neat, clean and tidy. The plunge pool was nice but some tiles and the wall were covered in black mould, so much that we could smell it.
Our plunge pool was next to the main walkway so no privacy whatsoever, everyone who walked past had a look, including the 50 guests from a private event held at the hotel.
The main pool was also covered in black mould around the waterfalls and edges. We feel that this hotel is not well maintained and is really showing it's age.
The decking around the main pool is rotting away and loose in multiple places. It is also very slippery, in fact there are many high polished tiled areas that get very slippery.
The bathrooms are a poor design with no room to sit on the toilet properly. Breakfast was good but it was very hot in the restaurant and it allows smoking.
The hotel is extremely noisy, echoing corridors, we were woken up very early every morning. We could hear everything and I mean everything in the room next to ours as it has a shared internal door that is not sealed properly - they must have previously been adjoining rooms.
Sunloungers around the pool were broken and very scarce. Guests would reserve with a towel and go off and leave it for hours. Staff did not put a stop to this.
Our main issue with this hotel was the smoking policy. It says there's a designated smoking area. This wasn't the case.
Guests would grab an ashtray and smoke anywhere and everywhere, even in the restaurant. At times we were unable to use our plunge pool as people were smoking outside their rooms and on the sunloungers in front of our pool.
We found matches and cigarette butts in our pool from the rooms above us. My husband suffers from asthma and had a hard time dealing with the smoke.
The staff at this hotel were absolutely lovely. Robert Leslie H wrote a review Mar Great Location. The hotel and staff are great. Disappointed with the room with spa, spa bath was old and cracked, balcony had no chair's or table.
The hotel arranged for table and chairs. The breakfast was very nice but repetitious after a few days. Hotel, pool, restaurant and room was very clean and tidy.
Overall had a great stay 13 nights. So much so we are returning again this year. Date of stay: June Cleanliness. But full view of every ones pool. Step from room into your pool, then full greenery so private from community pool and bar area.
